Miles Hilton-Barber, Motivational Development Manager for the RNIB has completed the Marathon des Sables, a 250-kilometre Ultra-Marathon through the 120 degree heat of the Sahara Desert. For anyone this would be an impressive record however Miles has been blind for twenty years, relying on his friend and sighted guide, Jonathan Cook, to help him achieve his goals.
